Ok, maybe not plain, but awesome nonetheless.

Like Acj said, awesome. This is truly badass. Your drawing skills and coloring never cease to amaze me. Tanya's costume is EXACTLY like what she wore in MK4. The background coloring looks great up against Tanya and her costume. The one little critique I see is that her right leg is a little bigger than her left leg, other than that it is beautiful. Another 5/5 from me.

Hoom, the curvy anatomy and bee-sting therapy lips are your thing so I'll leave that out of this. ^_~

I think her right breast is larger than the left, although you can safely argue that most women's breasts are not symmetrical so why not the ones you draw, but somehow I think you like them symmetrical, so work on that XD

Your highlights have much more concsistency, *applauds*, but you could stand to make your shadows a bit more intense considering the sheen on her skin. MIght be a personal preference, might be your over-stressed eyeballs not picking it up. So!
The background is very beautiful, suits her well and doesn't wash her out. And OMG her iri are filled in XDDDD

It's amazing, but one thing bugs me.

Her lips look swollen, like the African characters in the looney toons.

You made them too thick at the outer corners of the mouth IMO.

They should have more shape, they look too round for my taste.

But if tha's your style, then it's all good.

Ok, I thought your other pics were Fucking awesome...Man this one just Fucking takes the entire cake. Love the sexy pose you gave Tanya(something I think she really needs). Also I thought the way Tanya is orginally drawn look rather ugly, but you managed to turn her into something sexy..conrats. Everything is perfect as usual. The coloring of this pic is like topping off Platnium with Diamond. Man You deffinatley have to teach me how to use PhotoShop...5/5 dragons.

Its a good piece, not one of your best though. Her face looks really good. Her hair looks awesome. Like someone said before me, her lips look swollen. I dont really like them. Her outfit is done very well. I really like it. Her upper body looks really good. I dont really like her thighs, they look kinda ugly. I dont like the gap between her legs, and the way her left leg curves. Overall its great though. 4/5

Tanya did have huge lips in MK4.

In my original sketch her lips were much bigger. I made her teeths show to make her lower lip look less big. I think it looks fine.

Kickass details and facial expre-sion. Great job.

I don't like the hair as much. And the font used seems a little out of placed.

Sorry, but I gotta agree with the others, the lips are just a bit too much. Maybe it's just in relation to the size of her head, but they're just soo....swollen.

Other wise, it's a great pic, it's too bad it's a pic of Tanya, probably one of the worst MK characters ever concieved in my opinion.

WOW, you’re on fire at the moment churning out one brilliant picture after another. The coloring looks awesome and the sky looks mad as well. I like the detail you’ve put into her eyes. As you know I’ve colored a few of your pictures so I’ll be extremely picky and point out what little fault I could find, at the end of a few tips of her hair you can see a small bit of white where you were unable to cut it out close enough to the image. I’ve had a similar problem while coloring your pictures and it’s hard to deal with because if you cut too close you loose the fine detail of the hair and if you leave it in you get the white outline.

I think it's good, but I agree that it's not among the best pieces you've posted here. My main issues with the picture is her pose and her lips.

I don't really think there's anything wrong with the 'concept' of the pose, so to speak, but I think it looks just a wee bit exaggerated, and it makes the whole picture look slightly awkward. And regarding the lips - I don't think they're too big, but they shoudln't be that thick around the corners of the mouth. If you'd have made the teeth visible through the entire width of her mouth, and not just in the middle, I think it'd look more natural. And speaking of natural, I think the colour you chose for lips is a bit on the unnatural side; It could be a fair bit less red.

Still, it's not a bad drawing. I'd give it 4/5. :)

...Oh, and do you think we could expect a Kira drawing from you eventually? It'd make my day.

Well, if you use Photoshop, you can set the drawing layer to "multiply" and leave it at the top of the stack.

That way, you can color over the black lines, but you won't be able to cover them.

The "multiply" layer style makes all white in the pic invisible, and only the black shows up.

This way, you don't have to worry about coloring over the lines.

I don't know if you can do that in painter or whatever you are using, but what you can do is save the picture with only the color, then in photoshop do the same thing.

Set the ink drawing layer to "multiply" then put the color in a layer under it.

That's if you have photoshop.

Thanks, for the advice. I have been using photoshop but am self taught so i'm not up with all the tricks.

Well then, you should mess around with the different layer styles and see the effect they have.

When I color, I set the layers to

Multiply
Overlay
soft light
hard light
vivid light

When coloring, you can get different effects that can work pretty nicely.

This awesome JAX!!.I really like the coloring is awesome looks like a real picture the boomerang her look just like the same as in Mk 4. The only thing is that her lip look kind of big but other then that u did an amazing job on this artwork.

What stray line are you talking about exactly? Her pelvic area is definitely not as long as her upper body; Her belt is above her navel.
