Once upon a time i posted a couple of comics in a series called "The New Adventuers of Subzero and Smoke" thought i didnt completely realize it at the time it was utter and complete crap in terms of detail.Well i have taken criticism i got and re-read Kombat's tutorial and produced a prequel series:
here's #1
I have two questions though
1.How can i cut it better so i dont have a white outline on my speech bubbles?
2.How can i make my speech bubble's tail look better?

1. Assuming you're using MS Paint, here's what I'd suggest: before you move the speech bubbles onto the comic, fill in the area around the speech bubble with a color that doesn't appear in the comic. Select that as your secondary color (that is, right click on it from the color box), use the "Select" tool, and click the second box below the tool box; that'll keep your secondary color from being transferred onto the background.
2. Use the polygon tool to make the tail, then erase the overlapping lines.
Hope that helps.
Also, as Zentile said, your comic really isn't very funny. Try to think of something better.

Thanks man and i'll try to make it funnier(though i thought the grandmaster joke was a tad funny
It was less painful than the other one yes, but not funny. Sorry, but you don't need pretty speech bubbles. Look at Shirt Ninja's early comics, where everything looks as cheap as cheap can be, yet they're some of the best ever because they're just really really funny, and that's what matters, not speech bubble quality.
