That's good. I like how Nightwolf kicks Shao Kahn's ass in this one. The green beams coming out of Nightwolf's arrow looks cool. I like the blood that's dragged across the ground in this one. Looks very nice. 4/5

I like what you've done with a lot of things, however, I feel you've gone a bit overboard with others.

First off, blood. The pool looks very nice, but it looks silly. It's a neat little pool that's in the shape of pretty much a perfect elipse. However, there are splats on the wall suggesting that it wouldn't be like that. But the main thing is, that pool is just way too big to have such a standard shape.

I like the sprite for Nightwolf, it looks good along with his bow and the arrow looks spectacular. However, the extreme energy intake/outake effect does look nice, but it could be just a little too much. I mean, the arrow and the trail looks great but the extra effect seems like a bit too much for an arrow shot from Nightwolf, heh, but I'll leave it alone as it does look pretty good .

The Kahn sprite looks fine, nice and gorey.

Aside from the typo though, I dislike the text a little, the font.
I also think that because, obviously you couldn't put the text over the effect without ruining it, you should make a speech "box" at the side, with Nightwolf's screen shot mug picture perhaps, and have him say it in a quote.
I think it might be a bit more effective than what you did.

I can see how the space on the right is used up (text and blood) but there is a lot of empty space on the left.
I would say that space adds to the filesize but I think that big chunk of nothingness also does that .
Still though, it looks pretty spectacular effect wise, though I think the blood is a bit too "neat" (sounds ridiculous but hey).

Well he said Kahn is crawling away so the pool is probably drag marks. But I agree it is too neat. Handprints or places were his knees fell or some other such details would be cool. Add some shine to it since it is fresh blood.
