Summary: it's been stated that the doctor that implanted kano's eye also did hsu hao's heart. And I feel this character should be elaborated upon, as I believe that he had something to do with the Lin Kuei's automation program, its unlikely that an ancient group of assassins would just come up with that. So this is a quick bio I wrote about the doctors encounter with kano, please leave feedback, I will post more if you like it:
