That just looks like some cheap Photoshop. If I'm wrong, please correct me. And you didn't even fit the names into the lifebars.

The only good thing I see is the blood, so please tell me its custom.

Wow. Better than most of your fakes. Though, Ermac lacks in shading, the blood looks repeatitive, and the names in the lifebars don't fit in the lifebars. You could take the names from MK1 and make the names you need. Simple as that.

I like it.

However the glow around Ermac goes behind him, some of the glow should come onto the sprite.

Goro's face is right behind the lifebars, i would rather see him, and the names are coming off the lifebars.

The blood and the aura coming off goro is great though, I like this fake, even though i pointed out a few flaws, none of them change the point that its a good fake.

That is excellent!! It's beautiful, I love the how you can tell how powerful Ermac is. I like the blood, although as Arctic said it is a bit repetitive. Also, you need to have it so that you can actually fit the name of the characters in to the lifebars in the future, so just remember that. Still, I love the effects you used on this fake, I am always looking forward to see your future fakes. The fact that it is Goro who is being destroyed by Ermac, just makes this awesome. So, I will give you an overall score of four/five, since this also is one of your best fakes I have seen. Keep it up, UltimateRyu!!

Id love to know how you made the green aura around goro, and around ermac.

It would come in handy for me.
