First attempt? Very nicely done. I don't like what you did to Scorpion's health bar, and his sprite is really bad quality compared to everything else. I'd give it a 4.5

Alright, I fixed it! It doesn't look all hazey now.

Now that is preety sweet, I try to do a similar fire on my fake pic but NoobSaibot said it looks weird so i just use the plain O Mk2 Fireball. Everything is cool, like the way cage looks and that could of made a good Blaze/Torch sprite. WINS are missing, screen should be darken but nonetheless nice job.

Well this is pretty nice, especially for a first attempt at working with fire. The flame effects are very nice, Cage actually looks engulfed in flames. I also like the transition of the flames as they go up his body, it really adds to that 'engulfing' feature I mentioned. The effect is pretty nice overall, though perhaps Cage's left leg wouldn't need to have the same flame intensity as his right leg. But, these are some of the finer flame effects I've seen recently.

As for the 'flame stream' from Scorpion's mouth, I like that too. Its pretty solid, and well executed. Looks very much like the game itself. I like the brightness of the flame when it makes contact with Cage, very nice color choices on that I think. Cage's expre-ssion is really the only thing I find somewhat odd. I like the look overall, but I'd rather see a pain/anguish look than the staggering look.

I don't really like the lifebars like this, the names should go inside of the bars. Other than those few things, this is a pretty top notch fake, good job.

Sharemation on the other hand, they're the crappy one.

Nice fancy fire effects... but that's about it. I doupt it was too hard to make them, and the idea isn't exactly original.
I'd give it a 2.5/5.

Well I know it's not original. But whens the last time you've seen a decent Toasty fatality? I had already done ice fx so I moved onto to fire. And what better fatality to do then the Toasty? I'm just seeing what I can do.. Then the edits and shit will come.
