It's clear that you're using XNALara models now. The unnatural position of limbs (Ermac's elbows in this piece) is unforgivable given that (I assume) the program allows you to manipulate joints and whatnot. Besides that, this Ermac model and the color scheme don't even come close to fitting in with the rest of the image.

In my opinion, you really should spend some time doing your own work, because you're getting lazier with each entry and your work is suffering greatly as a result. Then again, laziness has never ceased to shine through when it comes to your pieces. You don't even bother to create your own special effects or borrow from Photoshop anymore and it's obvious to real artists.

I suggest that you try to put some real effort into something instead of just taking something created by someone else and slapping it onto a background without taking into account the stark contrast between sprites/models, props, and backgrounds. Nothing about any of your entries into this series (or any of the others) is impressive or even respectable. Just bein' honest, chief.

My primary issue with your approach to this art form is that I was under the impression that you'd have improved at some point over the course of the past decade-plus. Seeing as how this is the method you've always used, I find it a little baffling that you've regressed so drastically. Admittedly, I was never keen on your approach, but at one point (around the time of the 2013 Community-wide FPK, I believe) you showed promise. Now, it seems obvious to me that you're trying to find new ways around doing your own work, and utilizing XNALara appears to be the latest tool in your effort to accomplish that. It's disappointing is all.

Yes, this was a lazy piece but I had fun making it and thought it would be something to cool to look at and contemplate. Not sure why you're so hung up on how I create my artwork - it's the end result that matters. I use a wide array of tools, a means to an end, to create my pieces and a lot more work goes into them than you think. Most of the components including sprites and models are assets from Midway and NRS, the framework for most fakes but why be so sour over that?

I gotta go with Veno on this... you didn't even edit the colors on Ermac to at least make it look believable that he is standing there. At least you did put his shadow in, I'll give you props for that.

If you used XLLnxnlara (whatever the fuck its called) to put Ermac in that win pose, good for you, but you should have fixed it.

If you just used somebody else's pic of Ermac, shame on you for not fixing the mistakes that existed.

I think Ermac should be taller too? Or is Geras just that much of a towering beast?
