Uga Jin is the goddess of water. Many centuries ago, she was killed in the war of Shinnok with others god.. Only Fujin survived..
Uga-Jin was The Edenia protector (before the invasion of Shao Kahn), Like Rayden For earth realm.. Now Edenia is free from Onaga and Shao kahn, but Another tyran menace edenia with the armageddon attack... The Elder Gods décided to resurrect her to protect the realm and guide the warriors of Edenia...
With her old allies, Rayden and Fujin, Uga-Jin will fight against the darkside of the universe, to stop it for ever...

The bio is ok but I am not sure whether it's fanart or not. It looks more like a character in a TV show or movie. Anyways, the pic looks great.
