Well I'm not sure where you can find Ken sprites. But starting at a MORTAL KOMBAT forum was the first smart step!

I would say go to Fighter's Generation and steal the animations and sprites Frankie stole from hardworking sprite rippers and editors, but most of his character section is down including Ken's page if I'm not mistaken. I would say go to a website called Sprite Rip City, it's a good site to find base sprites for editing.
