First of all... that reiko sprite is pretty damn cool.

Now, i only have 2 things about this fake. The first is that Cyrax ́s pose does not really convey a slashing movement... he ́s awkwardly crouching while holding the sword... or stealthily approaching him to stab him... a swapped Sektor friendship sprite would probably have been better.

The only other thing is that little bit of black on the left side of Reiko ́s face. I know its probably either the facepaint or a shadow, but it kinda gives the illusion of being his left eye... so it makes it look like he has 2 faces, not one split in half.

pretty good so far, look forward to seeing it finished. the only complaint so far is the blood on the glow of the pulse blade. Doesn't really look right. Like Kam said, great Reiko sprite

Youredits look extremely cartoony. Good thing it's only a WIP...

I think it's pretty clear that there's shadow on one side of Reiko's face. I also don't think the pose looks anything like someone stealthily approaching, at least not without a couch between the two people.

I dig it. I think maybe the blood on the sword doesn't look right, mostly because it's an energy sword of some sort and you'd think it would probably cut cleanly and/or burn up any blood on it. I think a better way to connect the two events might've been to put a bit of a blur, or transition on the trajectory of the blade (ie; the energy stream on Kung Lao's MKII hat slice fatality). A spurt of blood on the exit wound would probably help, too.

Good concept, though. I really like the quality of the Reiko sprite.
It was pretty amazing before it was sliced in two! Very like the MK4 look!
