I'm not even sure if Ying has fully entered me, and i've already started! I've gotten his basic armor design completed. I had some trouble getting a good helmet design. I've also got the Weapons all designed, along wiht where they'll go on his body. I'm incredibly excited. An i think i've got a good color scheme down.

I've got her outfit designed out. Now comes the fun part of drawing!

Drawn costume, body, sword , etc. all in rough, I'm doodling pics of things I can add, but it is turning out great.
So I need to draw it in best (YAY) and colour it with Prismacolour Markers (when I get some more money :S)

Other: I know this wasn't covered in the class Priest you mentionned YinYeung, though shadow priest truly exist. They are not like wizards, necromancers, summoners or warlocks who need a 'pet' or 'pets' by their side. Instead Shadow Priest corrupt the mind and soul of their foes, they are blessed by the power of darkness. Shadow Priest aren't really bad foes, they keep the order and do the job the Priest can't with the faith they have chosen. Beo is a dwarf, he looks old but you can see that he's powerful and respected.

Weapons and Misc Items: Beornard wears a runic daggers with a fiery enchant, he has a huge Grimoire tighted by two chains on his left side and he has a Huge staff of around 2 meters long, all worked carfully and with runes on all the shaft. A bright green looking gem floats as a powerful medallion.

Colors: Shadow is mostly expressed as Green, Purple, Black and little bit of white. Gold will be on the staff and on the grimoire... the rest you'll see when it will be done!

Come on people we need more artists

And Max, since you decided to do an orc warrior instead of a dwarven shadow priest, when will you send your new character sheet ?

Habadon
Orc Destroyer
Habadon is a brute orc using a huge polearm. He look strong and has huge muscles, he shaped like a titan if you see my drift... He has big shoulders with spikes and studs on it, he hs two big chains who bind them together; two two chains come across Habadons chest and in the center is a big gold shaped crest. He hs strong and sturdy looking gauntlets and boots, and he has plated leggins. His legs stay uncovered, he's more looking like a big barabrian who would just trample his enemies. His skin is green, he has red dredded hair and he has two tatoos: two red lines coming from his forehead to his cheek.

When is this due? I looked all over and couldn't find it.

You have until halloween, October 31st.. but if it goes like the first two kontests, I may give more time lol... I wan't people to take their time and show improvement in drawing.

If you want a tip (that's good for eveyone including myself), use models to help yourself give your character right proportions and to give his clothing a realistic effects. Show imagination in his design and love your topic; the more you love what you draw, the more you are likely to put efforts in it.

I started my final drawing today.. I got like 12 drafts and my character looks different on each of them lol. I finally begin to know how I want her to look.

Trust me, i've been looking at images in Books, Websites, and magazines in order to keep my characters preportions realistic. I'm very excited about this, and i have to say, i'm a little proud with myself. I'm going to be designing a background as best as i can. I've actually drawn my character in a new pose, which is much more unique than in my other drawings. I'm getting really excited about this, and i'm going to do my best to relax and take my time coloring it using Paintshop!

I'm not really worried about proportions and body figure. It's more of having to color it when I have it done, because I'm hand coloring mine and I have to say that my coloring skills are shit IMO But I'm at least going to try my best, I'm actually going to only submit it in B/W if it's really bad. I still have to work on her pose though. I think you should try yourself with coloring... first you got nothing to lose, and secondly you got enough time !! I love the detailing.

I have a new job and began college this week... I'm fucking busy. I'll do the drawing later.

I kinda lost interest in doing the shaman. I should've draw her when I was in the mood.. now with everything that happens I don't have the simple to draw. I will post one of my already created character

I am not cancelling the kontest at all (...it would be dumb to begin with) and don't worry, the kontest will go as planned, only maybe I won't be able to gather all the stuff in due time. This is merely a warning that maybe I'll be late with keeping the thread up.

I was going to do a colored version of my character, but realized the contest is in like 2 days, and I haven't been working on it for months, so I'll be submitting a B/W as usual.

Can't wait to see everyone's finished products, too bad though there aren't alot of contestants. *EDIT*The idea of having semi-finals were cool. But there's a lack of contestants and not alot of voters. Contests like this should be publicized on the MKO main page.

Well tomorrow I have to draw it in neat, ink it and then colour.
