If MK Devastation had 1 really popular actor, lets say Tom Cruise, Jet Li or Brad Pit it would make such a difference. There would be much more puplicity around the film and a lot more people would probably go to see it. Its a shame that Threshold dont have a great budget but if they did the things they could do would be great.
Its just makes me sad when i look at the cast. If somebody like Quentin Tarrantino was directing the film, he would be able to get popular actors.
Im fine with Robin Shou, Lambert, Ashby, etc but for MK to attract more people i think it needs to get some top class, popular actors.

As much as I agree with you, I wouldn't really want actors like Brad Pitt or Johnny Depp to play in a movie like Mortal Kombat. Yea, it will have more views but what about the people who really don't like or hardly know anything about MK?
If they watch it they'll be so confused about everything. Does Tom Cruise actually know what Mortal Kombat is? Lol I'm kidding.
If Quentin Tarrantino directed MK, man..it would be great. Gore, gore, gore, and more gore. Mortal Kombat is all about that too.
Maybe the reason why high status actors/actresses wouldn't want to play in a movie like Mortal Kombat is because it seems ''B'' to them I guess.
