This thread sounds familiar... Any fight sequence from the original obviously beats anything in Annihilation, so personally I love the Cage versus Scorpion scene in that forest then that pit (can't remember which actual arena it was), then the Liu Kang versus Reptile scene in the Wastelands church. Sweet.

I agree. Cage Vs Scorpion was the coolest fight.

If I had to pick one from MK: A, it would be Jax Vs either Cyrax or Motaro.

At the beginning, Raiden's hair is loose, but when he somersaults to fight Shao Kahn, it is tied up. It is loose again after the fight.

When Scorpion and Sub-Zero are about to fight we clearly see Scorpion with white contacts over his eyes, but during the fighting you can tell the actor/stuntman playing Scorpion does not have any white contacts in.

In the scene where Sonya fights Malena, the amount of mud that Sonya gets on her increases and decreases throughout the fight.

At the start of the movie when Shao Kahn and Raiden are fighting, Shao Kahn smashes Raiden into a pile of bricks. Then Shao Kahn says "You will never win". Watch when he says it because his mouth doesn't move.

When the purple ninja 'Rain' is smacked into the fire pit by Shao Khan, look closely as the body falls into the pit. A stage helper's hand comes up to catch the falling 'body'.

In the beginning just before Kahn kills Johnny he grabs Sonya by the ankles and drags her across the ground. Then he steps on her stomach, but in the next scene his foot is on her neck.

In the first Mortal Kombat, Raiden's hair is long and loose, in the second Mortal Kombat, which continues where the first one left off, his hair is tied up.

i liked the fight with Sonya and Kano in the first movie and the fight with the Raptors and Sonya....also i like the fight with Mileena and Sonya it was great to see the leading ladies of good and evil have that showdown!

even though it should have been kitana and melina i still enjoyed sonia vs melina i liked the part were sonia says"kitanna"and melina hisses back"you wish"total class

i also liked the part were sonia borke ermacs neck

Well it doesn't say it has to be a fight scene, so i'll pick something else.

For me personally I like the scenes where you first see the Island where the tournament is beeing held. When they are walking on the beach you can see some huge woodcarved dragons and flags.

To those scenes gave something mysterious to the movie, kindda like i had when I played MK1 for the first time

When Subzero froze that guy who was flying at him and then shatter against a wall. Shang Tsung then said "Fatality....Flawless Victory" I think.

In MK: The Movie, mine would have to be the fight between Johnny Cage and Scorpion. Great Fight.

Also, I thought when Liu Kang was fighting Smoke, right when Sub-Zero flys in and freezes Smoke so he blows up, thats awesome in MK:A
