The Movies was OK.......Lawrence Kasanoff did a good Job with Mortal Kombat Franchise......

But the Game's story is far better than Threshold's Mortal Kombat story........and for adaption of the Game itself to a Movie.........It needs very much Budget(I think at least 150million dollar) not 20million dollar(Mortal Kombat The Movie) nor 30million dollar(Mortal Kombat Annihilation)

anyway........I like both Mortal Kombats(Ed Boon Version and Threshold Version)

I find the first film to be a very formulaic and simplistic interpretation of the story and characters. The second movie is just abysmal.

This, but to be fair it's not like the games have that great a story.
Don't get me wrong, I love the MK games' storyline, but it's just because I only see what I want to see. If you start considering all the details, it's all very retarded.
