Ebay (changes all the time), Amazon market place, 'flea' markets, maybe comic shops, try searching for independent or small places that sell comic merchandise, they usually sell video game merchandise and movies and their merchandise. Or hire someone to find by placing an ad in the classifieds section of a newspaper.

The only Sub-Zero & Scorpion 2 packs available (that I found) are around $250 plus S&H.

Sadly to say, even though this isn't technically a bumped thread, it was still two months inactive and I'm sure that the person who asked the question found what he was looking for, thanks to the doc.
Though for whoever DID make this thread comeback to life, obviously did not realize the date of the last poster, despite the fact that it's not past the maximum amount of months that a thread needs to be old in order for it to be clearly labeled "bumped."
