What's the status??? Has the decision been made in court yet?

Why does Larry Kassanoff try to hold onto the movie/media rights when he just gave us light toned kiddie crap and he hasn't done anything with MK for 12 years!? MK needs to be owned by a real film studio now while the fake Threshold can go to hell.
