They will probably not make MK3 an R rated movie but some of the fatalities could be done for sure like these ones:

SUB-ZERO'S FREEZE AND SHATTER
BARAKA'S DECAPITATION
BARAKA'S IMPALE
JAX'S ARM RIP (If it was on someone like Sektor or maybe Baraka)
SHANG TSUNG'S SOUL STEAL
LIU KANG'S DRAGON (I hope not know)
KUNG LAO'S DECAPITATION

And more so...

I can't say about too many, b/c i don't believe that the production crew could make the fatalities look real enough, but if I would have to have my favorite it would have to be between Raiden's electrocution or Reptile's Acid Shower. Also I would consider Kano's Open Heart Surgery, but unless Kano came back to life (which I heard the storyline centers around, characters like Johnny Cage, Kano, Sheng Tsung, etc.) and he was a little more powerful.
