Finally we get SOMETHING! According to imdb and interviews made to linden ashby and christopher lambert, this movie is now filming and will be released in february 2007! The long delay had two reasons:

* legal negotiations: threshold sued new line cinema for the rights so now the movie is being developed by universal studios
*hurricane katrina: they had spent $150 million on a huge studio/theme park but when hurricane katrina happened... well... it sucks.
