Back on topic don't you all agree that Hiliary swank is a great choice to play sonya blade she fits her perfectly like amy dumas aka lita as kira and tyra banks as jade.

Sandra Hess was the best Sonya. Hillary Swank, now that she's old as fuck, would do great as Sindel. And as for Amy Dumas, if you put a darker colored shade on her skin, and another set of arms, you'd have the best Sheeva around. Tyra Banks need to not be mentioned anymore. She's far gone on another page. Plus she can't fight. This aint hating, this is true fact. Jessica Beil would do justice as Kira, after seeing her in Blade Trilogy. I'd like to see Phillip Rhee (Best Of The Best 1, 2, 3, & 4) play as Reptile.

I think sandra fits sonya but hiliray just matches her attitude and her looks perfectly well and amy dumas as kira and tyra banks as jade!!!!!! But jessica was great but she does't fit any of the mk females.

Sandra Hess was okay, but she did look like she should have played in a Jurassic Park movie (haha). In MK:Annihilation, her outfit definitely didn't say ''Sonya Blade''.

In the first movie, Sonya's attitude was too "preppy". She looked like a cheerleader in a black outfit. Sandra Hess is the best Sonya actress out there. If they give her better lines I'm damn sure she will pull it off way better than Bridgette Wilson.

Well said, bridgette wilson was way out of place in MK1. She may look a little like sonya (but who doesn't with the proper make-up) but she couldn't fight, and that's still the most important thing in a fight movie, last time i checked.

Sandra Hess could do much better if shé directed better. MK2 dircetor never directed anything in his life before MK2 came along. He was a director of photography. Also the script was horrible. I rather see Hess get another chance than Wilson.

Swank has won a Oscar, she'll never do movies like this again, she way out of this league.

As for Bridgette Wilson, I don't get how she was "preppy". To me, she was the best at portraying Sonya, a tough, independent woman who ultimately trusts no one but herself. Yes, the fighting stuff was her one big weakness, but with proper Tae Kwon Do training, there can be enough improvement.
