Where do you think it comes from? And do you think that it is a curse, or a blessing in disquize (""/as they say)?
I, personally believe that it is what you make of it. I can speak from experience, because, I've felt the sting of it. I know what it is to grow up "different," all of my life--it's Hell (without the fire). But, as I think about it...I had the opportunity to experience the other side of the fence. I don't know how I can explain it, but, I think that it's made me a lot less ignorant than those who are close minded, and don't know anything about it, and fear it.
I, personally think that it (life) is what you make of it...Just like I've heared it said in MK, "Each man is responsible for his own destiny." It may sound a little cheesy, because, it is used in a fictional story, but, there is a lot to that saying. I believe that there are two sides to fate, and it is up to us to choose the good side, or the bad side. And, I think if you choose the good side of being Homosexual, (which is choosing to channel the passion of your sexual desire toward something positive) you may think of yourself as more fortunate than the heterosexual/homophobic people who bash you. What is your overall opinion about homosexuality?
