The people involved with Mortal Kombat Annihilation learned from their mistake?

Mortal Kombat Conquest did look much better but that's b/c it was made by a different group of people (different director and story writers).

John R. Leonetti is still rumored to be the director of the 3rd MK movie. That is one thing that makes me wanna ask, what if they didn't learn from their mistake.
What Lawrence Kasonoff needs to do first (which I hope he's doing right now) is to find people who are good at directing and good at writting decent scripts. He also needs to find actors who will suit the characters really well. In MKA there were so many actors who were not suitable for their parts!

When they do come to making a 3rd movie they need to take their time. They should NOT rush. MKA looked like it was rushed and that's one of the main reasons why it failed. Film makers of today should know why rushing does not do any good for them!

I will finish off by saying if the people involved with the 1st MK movie such as Kevin Droney (story writer), Paul Anderson (Director), Christopher Lambert, Bridgette Wilson, Linden Ashby, and Chris Cassamassa were not gonna return, than the movie should NOT have been made at the time it was! Lawrence Kasonoff and Threshold couldn't be patient and just wait another 2 or 3 years to start it???? The whole project should've gotten shelved for a while.

Even now I still wonder how Ed Boon and John Tobias feel that their creation (for a while) got destroyed by this waste of film MKA!

We can't be sure. In fact, I think the third film, if it happens, will be another cheap, horrible piece of garbage like MKA was. I hope I'm wrong, though.

I really don't know. If they want to make a third movie they are bound to have learned from their mistakes. I think the creators of MKA also read the critics.

Let's try to look at it this way: It can't get much worse than MKA

John R. Leonetti said so in an interview. He also said they were going to ''revolutinize'' martial arts movies. Let's just hope he didn't mean ''revolutinizing'' like he did in MKA, with the super fantabulous lens he invented that no one noticed.

or the cheesy one-liners.

I forgot to mention this on my first post on this topic.
Another thing that makes me wanna ask, "What if they didn't learn from their mistake?" is so far unwanted actors from MKA such as Brian Thompson, Reinor Sheon (spelling?), Musetta Vander, Sandra Hess, and Lynn "Red" Williams are rumored to come back. I don't know what to say but I hope they don't come back for MK3.

Well as long as Brian Thompson (Kahn) keeps his friggin' mask on he'll be ok.

And Reiner shouldn't play shinnok or they have to shave his head and paint it gray like in the game.

To be honest I don't think the names you mentioned can make the movie better, but as far as i know none of these names have been confirmed yet, I hear in another tread that quan chi will be the next bad guy so it's possible that Kahn won't come back.

That's right, they'll just make the movie look horrible again (like in MKA).

but as far as i know none of these names have been confirmed yet,

Yep and that is a good thing, at least their not confirmed to be back. It still annoys me that their rumored to come back though.

I hear in another tread that quan chi will be the next bad guy so it's possible that Kahn won't come back.

At the same time I also wonder why some people say it's likely Kahn will be back.

People have also said that this time their making MK3 to please the fans. Now is that suppost to be a promise or a guarantee?
If they were doing this to please the fans they would not be brining back the cast members that most fans don't wanna see in it (like the ones I mentioned above).
