see what happens when Threshold takes their sweet little fucking time with the next mk movie.By the time any real action happens with the 3rd movie,all the actors from the first movie are gonna be dead or like 70 years old.It pisses me off cause had they did something 4 years ago he could have still played in it.Don't get me wrong either,he could still play raiden if they really wanted him to.Hell,its not like raiden in the game looked young so age doesnt really matter with Lambert with that role.


I hate to turn this into a threshold base topic cause its not meant to be one.But damn Threshold if you don't got the money to afford making the movie,sell the fuckin rights to another studio,so stop dicking people around and let another studio have a chance before its to late for any of the actors to return.


Anyways,it sucks,I liked him in his movies and it be nice if he actually played in the MK3 movie even if its a cameo part.

Hasn't he been playing roles virtually blind for years now? It shouldn't stop him being in the new MK when he was like that in the first.

Plus that's just a really bad picture, I've seen other recent ones where he looks a LOT better.

What's this new MK you're talking about? Because from what I've heard, there's not going to be another movie made for quite some time. And I doubt that 2010 is going to be year when a MK movie comes in production.

If the rumor mill has been going around for years and years... I'm not going to believe another new user who claims that there's a new MK movie in the works when there's no proof. No proof, no reason to believe there's a movie in the works.

If there is a new MK, he should be able to do it, since he had the same condition in the original.

I don't know 100% for sure if there will be another, but I was speaking on the belief that there will be.

You can find fucked up pictures of any celebrity. That doesn't keep the make up department from fixing everything. Lambert wasn't exactly trying to get cast as Rayden in that pic, you know.

Of course Zentile. I'm not worried on how bad he looks, just his vision and that he's going to be blind soon. It'll be near impossible for Lambert to film most movies, including "Mortal Kombat". I just wish him and his family the best.

He can let stunt doubles do his fighting scenes, although I know that he likes to do his own.

I don't see what's wrong with Stunt doubles. Like someone said, look at the bullshit Sonya in the first movie.

As for Rayden being a fighter in the movies, I really have no clue how that could ever fit in. Rayden is such an ominous and powerful figure, to have him display serious martial arts skills would seem kind of senseless.
Like how he did Capoeira in Annihilation. Weird.
