Hell! I have No idea are they making Mortal Kombat 3 or not. I couldn't find enough facts - IMDB isn't reliable enough. I tried to get facts from Mortalkomat.com every week in the past year, but this year, I grew tired of them not updating their site, and gave up and only check the site every month or 2.

Good lord, that site still is NOT been updated! What the hell? I can't believe their attitude!

What I CAN believe though, is the Mortal Kombat STILL HOT, and could be a good movie!

So let me put together some suggestion, and I hope they do it this way.

1) The movie should be produced by someone knows how to BLOW YOU AWAY. Nothing against Lawrence Kasanoff, but can he promise Spetacular fights, Expensive CGI? If yes, keep him. If not, replace him!

2) Strong Actors like the First movie, not the cheesy Amateurs in the sequel

Bridgette Wilson, Linden Ashby, Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa, Christopher Lambert they are ALL actors I'm very fond of. They should come back (Probably with the exception of Cary-Hiroyuki, unless Tsung-Sung is revived, then HELL yeah he is the perfect one to play him, again!)

If you really can't have these original casts return, then get another GOOD actor, someone with true acting skills, not like the cheesy people from MKA!

3) Fights, FX (special Effects) - You know we seen all those spectuclar KungFu movies to date (If you count Matrix as one, it's definately a work of art Or movies like X-men, Spider-Man, Hulk, Blade, etc) I would imagine it wouldn't be hard to create some believable Special effects and Fighting scenes in the new movie to Blow audiences away, these days.

Let's not forget what makes Mortal Kombat SO COOL, is the special attacks a character is able to perform. Such as Scorpion has things come out of his hand... when you incorporate those things with a well cherographed fight, PLUS ILM (Industrial Lights & Magic) or the company that does Matrix CGIs, it has to be spetacular! I am waiting to see it!

4) Music, definately George S. Clinton!

And finally, but most important (IMO) aspect of any movie.

5) Plot - An analogy would be like, awesome CGI and Fights in a no-plot movie is like an ugly woman with Big Tits and Ass, but Not Hot. A movie with Great plot is like a beautiful woman with Gorgeous face!

(And, Actors would like the Personalities of the woman)

You know, it's always important to have a great plot combined at least with decent acting. Make the plot deep!

Even, incorporate the 12:43 Bible reference, Kenshi is the Choosen one.... Dragon King is incarnated by Reptile, whatever!

Just make the plot interesting, like what the game story started, but didn't finish.

So ... Argh! What is taking you so long, Lord Raiden? Let MK3 Begin :)
