The webiste url is www.mortalkombatdevastation.com. Thanks to krsx66, a viewer of Mortal Kombat Online website, for this update. Don't fret, UMK3 will always be here to report news on MK: Devestation despite the official site opening its doors!

Cool, thanks for the recognition wink

Like I said in the news lead, I think it's interesting they have a pic of the original mk movie dragon symbol. It could be nothing, but of all the dragon symbols there are, why use the 1st movie's one? Maybe something will be revealed on it later...

Well, I remember reading that Threshold wanted to forget about MK: Annihilation. I don't know if it's a rumor or not, but the Unofficial MK3 Movie website has it on there. Supposedly, this movie is going to be the TRUE sequel to the first MK movie. They're going to forget about Annihilation.

I hope this is true, cause we all know Annihilation sucked.

Its not the symbol from the first film. If you remember the symbol for the first film was more like bronze, this one is silver or platinum.

I guess it depends where u live, on my box cover for the 1st MK movie (im in canada, so it's the north american version) this is the pic I have:

Now that's the exact same dragon logo on the new devastation website - just without the ring around it...

omg shin is not the only one on earth to have a site about the 3rd mk movie,he saids on his website...UPDATE: Apparently, this is not the official site. This site is NOT owned by Threshold-- it is under control by some pathetic 'MK fans'. *sighs*

He saids who owns the site is pathetic

And that where I get mad cause he calls them that but where does he have the right to say that?Seriously I feel that he needs to grow up and understand that maybe someother ppl would like to have websites for that movie or other things mk ralated.

p.s.

yeah i know by posting this that i am going back on what i say how you should not point out a certain member in a thread or topic.

I guess Shin did something / talked to someone, cus the dragon symbol has changed and it says "This site is unofficial" underneath the dragon now. At least it states it''s not the official site now...

I talked to the guy and was dimayed that he would make a site with such a name, getting us all riled up like that. I told him to update his site saying it was unofficial so I knew it was really his, and it was.

Yeah, pathetic is a correct word for it, Sonicheros. Much like yourself, some people who call themselves 'fans' of the movies like to do this crap. These are the kind of people who make me have to do three days of some-odd research just to check out a story that someone sends (because 80% of the 'news' sent to my site is BS).

I also told him he'll be having some conflictions with Threshold down the line in some way or form.

Let it be known that I don't think they're pathetic simply because they opened an MK3 movie site. Nearly every MK site has a section for the MK3 movie. Big deal? I think it's silly opening a site with a name like that without saying it's unofficial, and having me update about it--because it blind sides people.

I think that's a bit unfair. Just cus Shin takes his site seriously doesn't mean his life is consumed by the internet...

I'm sorry I submitted the lead now, it seemed official and is disappointing that it's not...sad

To be fair the world is not in a small room with a 17inch flat screen monitor and a 3ghz cpu pc.

But to be honest i dont like fighting with shinn as much as everyone thinks,he seems like a nice guy and sorry for anything negative I have said towards him.So shinn if your reading this buddy, lets be friends and no more online internet fighting i just feel its worthless and uncalled for.
