When I was a kid i belive 7 or 8 maybe 6 I used to whatch it and ll i remeber is they had parts where it got into the sonya and kano story and then they got to apart where they fought Quan Chi and then there was the Sub zero and smoke sotry where i think smoke and sub zero are brothers or something and that he fights this white ninja master that could shap shift.all I really rember and when they fought Reptile and his clones.

Pretty decent series while it lasted some stuff was stupid like the mortal kombat Dragon jets they had lui kang and his team,sub-zero,sonya,jax,johnny cage,etc.
have vechiles to get to there destination.

Ok well basically back sotry of the series is the outworlders found a way to farbricate and destroy the portals between the outworld and earthworld and then as this prgreses other enmies from other demensions can go through as well,Johnny cage is not in this its Stryker my bad,Kitanna is in it.
also the last fight with quan chi is basically the stone in his head is huge but he currots the mk team and they fight each other for it but pull out of it and beat quan chi.

The cartoon really wasn't like the game. It was more like if Mortal Kombat was Power Rangers. A secret batcave, and batmobiles...I mean Dragoncave and Dragonjets. It wa sMortal Kombat for 7 year olds. Nothing dark about it. Very cheesey IMO and way too many out of character moments. Sonya complains she and Kitana aren't better friends, Jax is lonely and wants a girlfriend, Sub-Zero cracks a few too many "cool" jokes, Kitana has a cardboard personality, and Scorpion wants to take over the world and cracks bad jokes along the way.

well atleast the kds had something to watch based on MK

As a kid at the time, I liked the show. I remember that Jax use to be fat and it's a weakness for him. I could relate to that since I was fat as a kid too *sob*. But yes, it was very good for MK for kids...

well i still wasn't much. i'm not a perfectionist or anything but the MK cartoons wern't much. well since it was meant for the kids i could understand. all the good stuff cut out ( shaking head) sucks for them man
