Wouldn't it be great to get MK movie style action figures? Just like they do with most movies today, especially Marvel Comics. Ex: Spiderman comes out and a shitload of figures hit the stores. Wouldn't it be awesome if MK was like that? If MK3 Devastation comes out, and they make the movie style figures, wouldn't you buy them. Just think, you would almost have them all, Liu Kang, Johnny Cage, Goro, Shang, etc. If they did it when the first movie came out.

Would anyone else do this?

It wasn't really the movie that they based it on, it was kinda both the games and the movie. Gi Joe's version of MK figures just flat out sucked. I agree if Jazwares or Hasbro made them, they would be a hit. But, you can have Ermac, Sektor, Rain, Cyrax, and Smoke if they start making more movies. Heck, even one movie, they will be forced to make a figure for every MK character. Now that would be awesome!

I liked the GI Joes but Jawares are 100 times better or hopefully they make Armageddon figures which means everyone will be made or at least the most of them
