Threshold Entertainment knew that they fucked up when they made that sucky movie... and here's proof...
How many of you all have Mortal Kombat Annihilation on DVD or VHS? How many of you still have the Cover to the film? Look at the artwork... First you see the title, then the dragon symbol, and then the proof... in big gray letter that say: "DESTROY ALL EXPECTATIONS." That means that they knew the people was EXPECTING the movie to be better than the first, but that dream was dead from beginning to end... They were bullshitting that whole time, and them sons of bitches KNEW that shit. So that's why I strongly suggest they call the third movie by name of "Resurrection," because the second one truly "Annihilated" all our expectations. Especially with the WORST LINES EVER in a flick... Like this one, coming from Jax:

"I need to use the restroom, I aint got no toilet tissue... I got metal things on my hands... Sonya Blade...!"

C'mon man it was made YEARS ago. How far has movie development come over the years? Think about it. You'd think they would know a lot more about making movies and advertising now don't you think? And they did advertise MKA. I remember like it was yesterday when I was 8 when I saw MKA. It was advertised all over the cinemas.

It was OVER HYPED. It drove everybody to want to see it... That's where they fucked us at. Yes the movie is damn there 8 years old... but they need to read this shit before they start filming in May.

MK1 imo was an awsome movie. I loved it. MKA was OK. I don't recon they overly hyped it.

Mortal Kombat was an awesome movie. I was eagerly waiting for the second one. Then they did previews for Annihilation damn there EVERY DAY. You can't tell me that it wasn't over hyped. That's where their bread came from... our anticipation! They lead us to an avenue of broken dreams with the movie's TEASER. I'm surprised that you even said that MKA was even "OK".
