OMG
I checked trialler @ http://videodetective.com/home.asp?x=y&SpeedTestResults;=354.68&PublishedID;=857520&AltID;=&CustomerID;=97135&WM;=True&Ads;=False&Play;=TRUE and its totally sucks.
Also here is nice review from IMDB.com
First of all, I'll start by saying that I'm a huge Mortal Kombat fan so I got this thinking it would be pretty good. Well I'll tell ya, this was brutal, well its not so much the story that is bad but the animation and the art. The art is some of the worst I've seen in an animated video and the computer graphics is cheap and the fights repeat the same moves alot. This looked like it was a cheap and lazy attempt to get Mortal Kombat out everywhere and milk the name. The thing that I liked was the Making of Mortal Kombat:The Movie at the end of the video.
First i think its just bad customer but after watching trialler i agree animation there is crap.

you seem to forget that that was shot 9 years ago.
Back than it was pretty revolutionairy.
Looking at it now and seeing what they can do with Shrek and Finding nemo, yeah it looks like crap.

I have the movie *I forced my mom to buy it for me so many years ago.* It looked so cool in the store, but when I took it home to watch, it wasn't that good. There's a lot of parts that I kinda snickered at *Kung Lao has blond hair, the way Shang fights, the Sub-Zero/Scorpion fight etc...*. The good things about the movie though was at the end when they give a little info on the kombatants, also when they have interviews with the cast. I liked that a lot. If you want to see it, I sugest you rent it; it gives good information of MK's past, but I wouldn't reccomend buying it...

I can't believe there are MK fans who haven't seen this yet, hahah. It's included in the Blu-Ray of the first movie.
The animation did kinda suck, but it made up for it with the voice work. They had some pretty established voice actors in it.
Sonya was voiced by Jennifer Hale, which, any Metal Gear Solid fan will know as Naomi Hunter and Emma Emmerich.
Jim Cummings voiced Shang Tsung, and frankly, I thought it was the best voice Shang Tsung has ever had, even if it was reused from Sonic The Hedgehog (the good one):
