I bought that a few weeks ago along with the special collectors edition:

The special edition has the first few episodes as well as one or 2 from further in the series.

The 5 five disk needs to be watched in a specific order, trouble is they bunch episodes together on the disks e.g first half of "queen" is episode 6, and the second half is episode 18. So u need to do alot of switching disks to keep in order.
Another nusance is the fact that the episodes roll into one...like episode six ends and 18 starts straight away, no credits inbetween to indicate a different episode has started or anything...If your not careful you'll suddenly find the characters talking about something that hasn't even happened yet.

Unfortunatly at the moment you can't get all of the episodes on dvd. Which sometimes leaves holes in the plot. If you get the special edition dvd aswell you will hav all the avaliable episodes there are.

Thats really helpful, thanks for that. Still don't understand what they were thinking when they put these DVD's together... Why couldn't they have done one nice tidy box set, all in order? Common sense, I would have thoguht.

You would have thought that they would release them all in a boxset wouldn't you? That would make more sense and make them more money. Anyway thanks for the list it has been a great help.
