Sorry no luck. A few of the DVD are region all so they should work on your DVD player but most MK:C DVDs are not for region 1 (USA). So you can either buy a multi-region DVD or have your existing on modified to be a multi-region DVD player. I'm still wonder why a TV series made in the US, based on a game made in the US was never released on DVD in the US. *sigh*
You can get modded/multi-region DVD players on ebay relatively cheap on Ebay. That's where I got mine.

I heard because it would have cost the company too much money to pay the actors for more than one season. Something about having to pay the actors so much even when the show is no longer being made or something. Read it in a article about costs of making TV series in the US. It had relatively high ratings, but there was no money available to continue it.

I want the DVDs too and plan on getting a multi-region playing DVD player.
One problem though, you see in the UK they use a different electrical voltage or meter system or something. My Mom told me that even if it plays different regions it shouldn't work because the USA uses a different measuring system of watts or what have you (ok I don't know jack about electronics except push the button).
Is my Mom wrong? I don't want to spend a lot of money only to find out it wont work.
Please HELP!!!!!

What wattage, etc doesn't matter to the DVD. True if you order a DVD player from the UK it will not work here in the US, but you can buy US DVD players that are multi-regional. They can play DVDs from the UK, Japan, etc. If you want to make really sure and to convince your mother, ask the info desk at the local Best Buy or other store that might sell them. There is almost always at least one person who knows these things at places like that. Besides, my DVD player is multi-regional and it works fine on my outlets. It just doesn't agree with my old fashion TV and I needed an adapter. (Its so old its not even cable capable, another adapter. *sigh* Time to get a new TV I guess)

Yes all were killed by Shao Kahn's shadow priests with the exception of Rayden who became Kahn's powerless prisoner.

Actually, you'll notice at the end of the series during that, it was a vision Kung Lao was having about all his friends dying; you notice it at the beginning of the second part of it. Kung Lao was meditating and it had flashes of Goro then proceeded to the story where he was walking with Taja and Siro and they were being followed by Shadow priests.

Huhhh...Then how did Shao Kahn get Kung Lao's shirt, Siro's knife, Taja fingercover, Kitana's Fans, Vorpax's cape, Quan Chi's spikes, etc? Remember the little meeting between the Emperor and Raiden in that last scene?
We already had the arguement that the last two episodes was only Raiden's drunken dream, I guess we could start one about them being Kung Lao's nightmare.

any chance they would show conquests on TV again? i know the netword director for SCI FI pushed it aside because he didn;t consider it science fiction, but isn't any chance they'll show it anyway? maybe on another channel. or maybe there's a way to persuade the director and get it on the screen anyway. conquests really was the best MK piece aside from the games.
