Who else remembers this cartoon show? I do, and I used to think it was pretty good, but now I think of it as being totally unfaithful to the MK world. (I know they had to tone it down for the kiddies) I used to love the episode where Scorpion appears, but now I hate it why? They made Scorpion into something he is not... A minion. He is just a spectre out for revenge. Nothing more. Shao Kahn's desire to conquer Earthrealm means nothing to him. And the whole Scorpion/Sub-Zero rivalry is changed. It's Sub-Zero who wants revenge on Scorpion rather than the other way around. If I were in charge of making an MK cartoon show and when I decided to bring Scorpion into the show, I would have it like this. Quan Chi dupes Scorpion into thinking that Sub-Zero killed his family and clan and Scorpion wants revenge. Scorpion encounters the Earthrealm Warriors. Quan Chi wants to use Scorpion to kill Liu Kang, but Scorpion refuses (his buisness is with Sub-Zero no one else) Scorpion and Sub-Zero fight while the other Earthrealm warriors fight Quan Chi. Scorpion is about to kill Sub-Zero saying that he will finally avenge his family and clan, but Raiden appears and reveals the truth to Scorpion that Quan Chi was the actual prepetrator. Scorpion naturally turns on Quan Chi and attacks. Quan Chi's fortress begins to collapse from all the damage from the fighting (which is left up to your imagination) The Earthrealm warriors nearly don't make it out, but Scorpion opens up a passageway for them to escape. Sub-Zero asks Scorpion to come with them, but Scorpion says that he will make sure that no one suffers like he did at the hands of Quan Chi. So Scorpion makes sure Quan Chi does not make it out of the fortress. Both Scorpion and Quan Chi are presumed to be dead. But the Earthrealm Warriors know that if Quan Chi is dead, Scorpion's soul can finally rest....
