MWAC Masters - Familiar Faces...

Has anyone ever seen the show on Fox Kids called MWAC Masters? It is about a group of fighters that fight ninjas and one another in an arena to win a Dragon Star thingy. And guess who I was able to recognize...

CHRIS CASAMASSA - he is one of the stars who is known as the Red Dragon.

HAKIM ALSTON - this was the black Fighting Monk in the first film who was Liu Kang's first opponent, in the show he is called the Machine.

Although it is quite kiddy the show was entertaining, I watched it for the first time today. Check it out.

i seen some of the show today. there was this girl fighting alot of ninja's but after that match was over i turned it's alright but i wish they threw in some sound effect's when the people are fighting instead of the music that cover's up the sound.

Isn't it called WMAC masters.That show makes the wwf look like the UFC

it is WMAC masters. Bruce Lees daughter used to host it. didn't the actor who played Kung Lao (MKC) used to be on the show also?

I seen like two episodes of it. its like 5 times faker than the WWE. at least in WWE, people actually get hurt!

I own the official videos AND two action figures. Now THAT's pathetic.

If you watch a lot of Kung Fu movies you'll probably recognize several other people like Mer Mer Chen or Sophia Crawford (she worked on Buffy and Power Rangers with stunts and such)

I can't believe you not one of you mentioned Ho Sung Pak (known as Superstar on the show). He was only Liu Kang in the first to MK games.

Seriously, I don't like the show, it's geared for youngies, but I haven't seen it in like 4 years, it's old, at least here anyways, and yes Bruce Lee's daughter not only hosted it, I believe she started it..

Even though the show is very cheesy and the peeps in there can't act, I still think they are the coolest, they are all very good in martial arts! All of the WMAC masters cast could be in a Mortal Kombat movie or something

I actually liked WMAC Masters. It was kind was cheesy, but they had some pretty great fights. It was better than Annihilation, so that's a plus, heh. I watched most of the show when it first came out a few years ago. So if you can stand the MK movies, I think it's worth giving a chance, at least for the fight scenes (but avoid the storyline at all costs tongue).

I find the show damn hilarious. grin Fights are great, but the acting is horrible and the show is so cheesy that I bust out laughing every time I watch it.

"He is *DUN DUN DUNNNN* my brother! *DUN DUN DUN DUN DUNNNNNN!!!!*"...God, I'm laughing just thinking about it.grin

But yeah, Superstar, Machine, and Red Dragon(of course) did rock. But don't forget Tsunami, Bam, and that Kung Fu kid. Oh and The Wizard of course(who imo would make an Awesome Shang Tsung if he grows a goatee).
