Tanya-Stacey Dash (shes from clueless movie +show, i swear she looks exactly like tanya!)

Very true, there could be no better look a like. However I have a question mark over her evil persona and action sequences. I mean playimg a ditsy rich girl and Tanya are two different things.
What does everyone else think

shes been in a lot of movies, plus i think it wud be a challange for her maybe.. unless shes played a fighting role before..

How about Vivica A. Fox? i dont know if that would actually work but its a thought. She was in kill bill.

That would be a good idea to have the video game people in the movie, but the question is, can they act, can they handle the action.

in mk4, the ppl have been airbushed and changed skincolor/eye color/hair color
so they cud look completly different..

I think Adrian Paul (Highlander: The series) should play Kenshi....and I think Donnie Yen (Iron Monkey, Blade 2, Highlander: Endgame) should play Kung Lao...either him or Mark Dacascas

Well, I've seen her in another movie (where she actually co-starred along with... Trevor Goddard) where she was (I think) a girlfriend of Trevor, who was this evil crime boss guy. And she was really sneaky, and she ends up murdering Trevor Goddard's character. I think she can pull off Tanya just fine.

Raiden: Christopher Lambert...the other guy from annihilation was decent but didn't capture the mysterious essence of Raiden.

Liu Kang: I'm sorry, but I have to put my foot down. If anyone else but Robin Shou plays Liu Kang I will be more pissed than a mexican racehorse with an full bladder.

Sub-Zero: Chris C. hands down.

Johnny Cage: Linden Ashby always and forever. He was the one who gave MK its comedy factor. Along with his chemistry with the other kombatants.

last but not least...if Shao Kahn comes back...please for crying out loud...i hope they do not cast the guy from annihilation...omg if I have to hear his voice I will scream with agony, he should be a pro wrestler not shao kahn..gimme a break
