Okay I know alot of people hate that one IMDB website cuz it is not accurate but they say that there is a Dead or Alive movie in prodcution to come out in 2006. and that Robin Shou is playing a pirate leader. This could have caused MK3 movie to be pushed back if they want Robin Shou to play Liu Kang (in my mind no one else replaces him just my opinion),you know they think he is worth the wait to shoot the movie. Any comments on it? wow

naw i think that they will just work around his schedule. Several
actors in the past have shot up to 3 or 4 movies around the same time.

The only problem is that he might run into the old "double date" mix up seen in the Flinstone's, or Mrs. Doubtfire, or 50 other movies, where from running from one set to another he forgets to take off his pirate costume or his Liu Kang costume and the Director's realize that he is cheating on them....

Well, if Robin Shou is playing in another movie during the production of the Third Mortal Kombat Movie, why don't they just grab Phillip Rhee (Best Of The Best II, III, and IV)?

IMDB says that the Dead or alive movie is in post-production. That means the shooting has been completed, so Robin Shou is free to do MK: Devastation.

LMAO. That would be funny as hell. I can see him in Dead Or Alive right now doing his ninja moves on their asses. I didn't know post production meant they were done so I guess Robin is free to do MK3.
