Yes because Kane(glen Jacobs can be a very good Kano(with his MK3 look).
No because the past kano actor is died and he did the part very well(he was a fantastic Kano).And don't forget about Jarek,maybe it's his turn.Don't you think?

No because:

a) Kano died
b) He was never truly relevant to the plot anyway, as cool as he was
c) He hasn't had a major role in the games since MK3, which makes it pretty pointless to bring him back
d) No one could replace Trevor Goddard, really

They have jarek on MK:4 and the movie is based off of MK:4.
So there is no point at all to bring him back, plus no one liked hIm anyway, and was hoping he would die in MK:1 THE MOVIE.
