I personally did not enjoy Kitana and Lui as being together or in love. MK is a tournament and should compromise the fighters destiney and lose all the love stuff.

I agree with you man, in MK love is for the weak minded.

As long as theres no Liu Kang-Kitana, Sonya-Jax, Nightwolf-Stryker love affairs I'm happy. I just wanna see heads being ripped off and blood on the floor, is that too much to ask!

I have to agree, the love thing does get old and 99 times out of 100 it's misplaced and not done well.
For the sake of MK3 I'd advise them to steer clear of the Romance, however, if they had that one instance out of 100 where it was actually done well and placed well, I don't think many of us would object. ;) So uh... Yeah.

More Blood and Guts!

They've already been established so I think the love connections in the movie are always gonna be there. Even more now that we have Liu Kang and Katana along with Johnny Cage and Sonja.

Wulverene has a point. The love connections are already established into the movies. Can't do much about it now. Plus, it does give MK a bit more of a story plot with these love connections that may or may not happen. But either way, the love connections are there and there's nothing we can do about it.

I think its fine as long as they tone it down and stay far far away from a love scene with Baraka and Mileena!
