Who knows, probably just some visual effects and special effects with someones voice. As to who did the voice, who knows. Go to imdb.com and type in Mortal Kombat and look at the cast and stuff, you might be able to find some answers there.

It's an actual person, but I'm clueless as to who he is... though he did a MUCH better job as being Shao Kahn than the other guy in MK: Annihilation.

That was the legendary Steve Ritchie, the origional voice of all the MK Games containing Shao Kahn.

Oh, yeah that's who that was. He did a lot better than Brian Thompson for his short scene, and to par with Jeff Meek, the all time best Shao Kahn.

That was not shao khan. it had to be onaga maybe the idea was alredy there for onaga in the first place I mean look at the mortal kombat symbol it was the symbol of the dragon king come on.
