1 Devastation is not UPCOMING,but we have to wait at least one year to see it on theaters

I question the viability of his acting, but more to the point, his physique.
It really goes against type here. Shao Khan, for all his strength, is generally a guy I think of as pretty tall and more conventionally proportioned.

While Triple H is reasonably tall compared to most folk, his V chest just doesn't say Shao Kahn to me.

idont think wrestlers suck. theyre actually very talented when you think of it.

1. They body build like crazy to get that big, even if its with steroids thats still a lot of work

2. For being that bulky, they are all pretty acrobatic, for doing flips, jumping off of turnbuckles, and coordinating their moves. If you watch it takes a lot of acrobatic skill to make sure that they don't hurt the other wrestler during a move, and they themselves don't get hurt when another wrestler is performing a move.

3. Most of them can act pretty decently, If you can sell your hatred for yourrival wrestler X long enough to be champion for months in a row.....youre a decent actor.

So all in all, I think wrestlers are perfect for roles in movies such as MKD, and I'd be glad to see Triple H develop his acting talent in this movie.

I think that Brian Thompson was a good Shaop Kahn thy need to put ion his face some make-up to make he looks like a demon(when he don't wear the helmet).

....lol you know.....I really doubt Shao Kahn's role in this film, if hes in it, is gonna need stunt doubles. Triple H could pull the role off and he could be very good at it, he is very good at acrobatic movement and is very graceful in the ring. and Chris Benoit knows martial arts? he knows freestyle wrestling like the back of his hand but Im pretty sure he doesnt know any martial arts. And The Rock is doing great considering hes only had like what....4 or 5 films. Most actors who become really good hollywood actors have 4 or 5 maybe even up to 10 movies of their early career that they didnt do too well in at all. And The Rock only has 4 or 5 and he is doing pretty good for not going to college for acting or studying it a whole lot or anything, just from his charsmatic wrestling appearance (which he did like no other). Don't say that The Rock cant act man, it really gets on my nerves when people say stuff like that because hes tryin really hard just like all actors do, and most of the famous actors who are famous right now had horrible movies their first few times. At least The rocks arent horrible and they are at least decent. peace

I haven't seen MK:C, so I can't comment on Jeff Meek's abilities. If they do choose to get a wrestler to play the role of Shao Kahn, I think Glen Jacobs (Kane) would be the best choice. The guy's very tall, pretty built (he's slimmed down in recent years, but he is still pretty big, and has the right skin tone to play Shao Kahn, in my opinion), plus he wrestled in a mask for years. He could also sound like Shao Kahn if they wanted him to. He has an awesome evil laugh.

Kane's also got film experience. He was in "See No Evil", which wasn't exactly a masterpiece, but it's probably better than getting a wrestler with no film experience.

First off: i DON't say that The Rock sucks,but it's said by critics(i agree with them).
second:if you say that HHH can do acrobatic moves(i don't mean missile dropkicks but air jump and rolls) it means that you never see him wrestle.
third:Chris Benoit is a great martial artist,look any of his WCW/ECW match(especially the memorial for Owen hart against Bret Hart when he make a lot of martial arts moves and styles like jujistu,judo,Vale Tudo,,etc).
Or better see his match in NJPW...

They got their break in NJWP, then ECW, then WCW, and finally the WWE, and those are all wrestling organizations, not martial arts. The only wrestler on that list that is still around that does martial arts is Rob Van Dam, but he does not use martial arts in wrestling, because in wrestling you do not hit your opponents, you wrestle them, lol pro wrestling and martial arts are like the opposite of each other man. Nathan Jones is the best choise for me, he's a real tall, muscular and athletic man.

However,if you want to hear,listen carefully:not only because Benoit,Kid Kash or Chris Jericho ACTUALLY make wrestling(Ok Jericho is a former wrestler) this means that they can't know martial arts.
I never used Hulk Hogan,The rock,Steve Austin or other names.
I just said that these people uses martial arts fighting styles(hey don't use in WWE,but they know) in a lot of interview they slated more than one time that they are martial arts expert.
once in WWe Badd Blood 2003 Jericho and Goldberg were arguing hardly offending each other:they start to fight(REALLY) and a lot of people when tried to split them said thta Jericho kick Goldber's A$$ with a lot of martial arts moves.

David Batista has the body for Shao Kahn. HHH is getting chuncky if you've seen him, well he used to be way ripped.
