I reakon it's Shang Tsung from Mortal Kombat Conquest (Don't know if that counts? I know it's not one of the movies but still)

I think the dude who played him (Bruce Locke) done a damn good job. ALOT better than Shang Tsung from MK1 IMO.

The sort of things he does in it are the proper actions Shang Tsung would actually take. Plus, in the episode 'Unholy Alliance' he actually joins forces with Quan Chi. And that episode was actually done before MKDA

Your absolutely right...Sheeva was a useless character in that movie! Thy didn't even use her! I would rather they had Kabal instead.

Yes indeed,Shang Tsung in MK was the most accurate on all the MK caracters to date. He was so convivcing. The evil I felt in the air when he spoke made me respect the character so much more.I was actually rooting for him to win the final battle against goody goody Liu kang.

All the characters were portrayed great in both movies to me except for Sheeva, Raiden, and Shao Kahn in Annihilation. They were a poor excuse for Kombatants. In MK1 Shao Kahn looked like a mutilated monster, but in Annihilation he had a human face. So I must say that he was the worst portrayed character.

MK Movie:

Cary did an amazing job as Shang Tsung in the MK movie! Even though he didn't look like him, he was just so wicked! And then whenever he talked to Sonya he was just so... evil.

Sonya from the MK movie was really great. She had the attitude, and even though I have to admit that she wasn't the best fighter, I could overlook it for her stellar performance.

Johnny Cage for the MK movie. Damn he was good. Just so cocky, but not too cocky. And a lot of girls love that attitude, including me. I had never liked Johnny until the movie. That made me grow a whole new respect for him.

Sub-Zero was amazing to me in the first MK movie. He really looked like an ice ninja, and he was a great fighter! I was kind of mad that they let somebody as wimpy as Liu Kang beat him.

Rayden was casted perfectly. Lambert did a flawless job. Nuff said.

I can't think of anyone else from the movie right now.

MKA:

The only person I liked on that movie was Mileena. Yeah she wasn't Talisa Soto, and her costume was crappy, and they gave her a little part, but she did a good job for the little time she did get.

Got to say Liu Kang and Shang Tsung.

These following people did an awesome job, and they were good..
GOOD
Shang Tsung from mk1- He did really good and he was way more intimidating than Kahn in mka

Mussestta Vander (Sindel) from mka- she was probably the best actress in mka, she was really evil and she had really cool face gestures, although her costume was bad..she did good!

Robin Shou (Liu Kang) from both movies- He is really good and hes a PERFECT actor for Liu kang. He probably looked better in the 1st movie, becuz in mka, it was such a bad script and that wasnt his fault....hes really good

Talisa Soto- Again, just like Liu Kang, she looked better in the first movie...she has the perfect look for Kitana and she did a good job playing her

Linden Ashby (Johnny Cage) Mk1- He was SOO funny and acted so much like a conceited actor, he was REALLY good, and he knew when to be serious

Briggette Wilson (Sonya) mk1- She was funny too when johnny made fun of her in the movie and she was tuff and acted really well, altho her fighting wasnt interesting

Christopher Lambert- He was perfect becuz he did a good job scarying the humans and he still kinda added a lil humor to it which made it non boring. He did great

Danna Hee (Mileena) mka- Well, altho she had such a small part in mka, the time she was there, she fought really well and she had the speed for Mileena, and she looked like her, kinda, and she had really good eviil face gestures

Life foot (nightwolf) mka- Again, he was there for a lil while, but the time he was there, he acted really well, altho his part in the movie was dumb and he shud have never tought any animalities, but the actor did a good job, and its the writers fault for giving him that dumb role

Kano in MK1- He was cool, wen in came to sonya, he was serious and he was going to kill, but he did a good job showing how Kano wud be scared of people that are stronger than him

Shao Kahn in MK1- the kahn in the end of mk1 was AWESOME! He was ugly and strong and had that deep low scary voice that made him seem scary and strong....his veins were popping out, his face was wrinkly and he look tite and had the evilness for Kahn...he was perfect! Y DIDNT THEY KEEP HIM!

ALL THESE ABOVE DID GREAT!

Now, the ones that i HATED!!!!

Brian Thompson (shao kahn) mka- HES SO ANNOYING! I HATE HIM THE MOST! y, y y !!!! He was HORRIBLE and his voice was not scary, he sounded like a woman singing....he was horrible and made no one afraid of him...he was as he said "pathtic and weak"

Keithe cooke (sub Zero) mkA- he was pathetic...that stupid sceam of his got on my nerves and he is a horrible actor....hes bad and he was better as reptile in mk1

Motaro mka- again, like kahn, he was not scary, goro did good in mk1, but this guy was in the castle the whole time and didnt event hunt or kill....he acted bad and he was not evil enough...he was better than brian thompson tho

James Renmar mka (raiden) OMG! Y Y Y! He was again dumb and he was a cry baby to me
