I'm afraid she didn't really have much else in the way of notable fantasy movies in her costume design history. She did plenty of well-known films but almost all are comedies and action set in the real world, she also passed away in 2012. Unfortunately I'm not aware of any further details of her costume designs or alternative concepts ever discussed, I've certainly never seen it explored anywhere.

Needless to say, she didn't return for Mortal Kombat Annihilation, hence that film's godawful array of costumes. That was Jennifer L. Parsons whose lack of talent speaks for itself as she also did Starship Troopers 2, where all of the Mobile Infantry insignias are actually sewn on upside down 🙄

Rip! Ha Nguyen did a good job with them. Especially Sonya Blade's outfits.

The costumes were so cool! The outfit she wears towards the must've been tough to make.
