Scorpion- Undead ninja who wants revenge on sub zero for killing his family, his role was reduced to a breif fight with sub zero (which was actually the best fight in the movie, except for the laughable props) and the word "SUCKER!!!".

Sheeva- Thought she was a decent fighter in MK3. Was enemies with motoro, did she get a fight with motoro in the movie? No, she said a witty one liner, before being squashed to death by liu kang by a falling cage.

Baraka- Don't even know where to start. Let's start with how they showed recycled footage of rain being knocked into a flaming pit, and just end it at that.

Rain- His big long complex story reduced to "Im sorry master" before being knocked into a flaming pit.

Reptile- First of all, he's suppoed to be some extinct race, yet there's 3 of them walking around. Second of all Raiden only killed 2 "raptors" HOW COULD THEY LET THAT SLIP, it was the most obvious mistake in the whole film!

Shao Kahn- A big tough guy that shows no mercy in the game. Big tough muscular, merciless. In the movie he is portrayed as daddy's little boy, with some of the most ridiculous lines ever said in a movie.
