yes this is MK:C kung lao and he has eee...MK3 outfit there but i quess after a hard fight or something he maybe just dropped his hat lol

It is Kung Lao.... he wore this outfit during the fight with shang tsung in the opening of the first episode... why no hat...??? Of course he took it off during the fight... maybe he wanted to get a better view without his hat on... the pic shows his winning pose after beaten shang tsung... If you have the dvd of the 1st episode --- Warrior Eternal part 1.... watch it carefully... before and after the fight....

So, is the mortal kombat: conquest series any good? Does it have good fighting, actors, special effects, ETC.?

i dunno , i think it's quite watchable though some original MK character are not in and also some completly NEW hwo havent been even in any games but vilians are shang tsung , shao khan , quan chi(same dude is going to play quan chi in MK3)

but i didn't like the ending...

Personally I love Mortal Kombat Conquest, great show.
The music is awesome, the fights are AMAZING (even thouh there is alot of re-used footage), the acting is amazing by some cast members (Jeff Meek and Kristanna Loken, especially), but not so good on other actors (namely Bruce Locke and JJ Perry).
The special effects are crap, but there aren't that many in it, so it's all well.
The costumes are pretty cool, the show overall has a great mortal kombat 'aura' and atmosphere to it, and the ending was superb.

It sounds like a great series, where do you think I can buy it at??

I didnt like that show at all, but alot of people here seem to, I might be the only one who doesnt like it.
