Control input messed up (Towers of Time)

Does anyone else have some controller problems? I'm experiencing problems where my character is doing something else then my input. For example when I input D2 my character does a D1. Then I do DB1 en my character does a D3. My finger was nowhere near the 3. This happens randomly and mostly in Towers of Time.

One game I did was completely messed up where I could not do anything. I pressed the 2 button and my character did a BF3 special.

Edit: Things are getting more weird by the minute. Now my character is doing moves that are not even equiped in my variation.

Are you sure it isn't part of the modifiers in that match? Because I thought one of the modifiers was changing your input controls.

No, I thought so myself but there was only one modifier and that was something else. I've noticed that it only happens on the Towers of Time. Sometimes its only minor and other times it becomes unplayable. And it seems like its on the same fights as well. I was doing stage one of Kitana's towers and it keeps happening on tower 3, fight 2 against Jacqui.
