I reckon they will return most of the NPC characters and throw in 1 unexpected character like Kobra in Kombat pack 2.

1. Shang Tsung: confirmed first dlc

2. Sindel: just a gut feeling seeing one is always female and she is the only one i can think of possibly being dlc.

3. Fujin: there is a pretty big fandom and people were pissed after mkx. Think nrs will do what the fans want. And that is giving them fujin.

4. Stryker: i hope i am wrong about him seeing we have enough special forces / police in the game. But kabal and stryker were partners in mk9 and partner revenants so i have a feeling they will partner up again.

5. Pennywise: IT is hot and happening and IT2 is coming out soon and it is a horror character they always go with.

6. Terminator: new movie coming soon so i guess he will make a fine addition.

If i would have my wat it would look different en NO guest characters. Only mk characters.

1. Sindel cause i really like her and her moves and background.

2. Fujin cause i really find him a good replacement for raiden. Just make his move set better.

3. Mileena cause i love her rivalry with kitana and jade.

4. Shang Tsung but we will get him so i am hyped

5. Shinnok cause his momma is the main baddie and his sister is the elder goddess. Lets make it a family affair lol.

6. Takeda cause i really liked him in mkx

Shang Tsung - Already confirmed.

Chameleon - Probably the most realistic "deep cut" classic character as it would be their best chance of appeasing the Reptile, Ermac, Rain and Smoke (hi) fans since they are absent from the game.

Fujin - Heavily demanded, his inclusion would make the most sense out of all the 3D era characters.

Mileena - Another heavily requested fan favorite.

Spawn - Rumored.

Pennywise - Rumored, but god I hope not.

To be honest... I don't know what to think regarding the DLC characters. The characters that would have the most relevance to this story are already included (minus Fujin of course...which I still can't figure out). But then, DLC doesn't have to have anything to do with story so...

There were some interesting DLC designations to come out of all the "leaks" videos....although we know that most leak vids can't and shouldn't be taken too seriously (well accept that one guy in this instance, but you know what I mean). I've seen some of them say that Ashrah and Nitara would be returning as DLC. Who knows? You can't trust everything you see and read on the net.

At this point, I'm just praying that they don't fill those slots up with guests. Have two or even only one guest and give the rest of those spots to MK characters.

Personally I'd like to see Fujin (if this is the only way to have him in), Li Mei, Sindel and Kira/Mileena/Rain (couldn't choose for the last spot so It's out of those three) I only listed 4 because I just have a feeling that two of those slots are automatically guest spots.

Guess we'll find out soon enough.

P.S. Really REALLY hoping that data-mind 13 DLC spots is correct and means 12 DLC characters over 2 or more Kombat packs! I'm not holding my breath though and sticking to the 6 spots we know of. After all those 13 DLCs could be anything from characters to stages to gear packs. We just don't know they're definitely character DLC for sure.

2) Mileena- Mileena would probably outsell any guest character on her own- she's that iconic. Having her as DLC would be highly intelligent- gotta please the hoards of Mileena fans.

3) Reptile- Another legacy character, I can't see this game not having him. Only game he missed entirely was Deception and even then it was a huge plot-point.

4) Rain- NRS knows there's a zillion Rain fanatics out there and considering this game is supposed to be about pleasing the fans and bring fan favorites back- Rain would be a no brain. As always- you can't bet on NRS, but I would think Rain would be the most obvious choice.

5) Fujin- Like I said in a previous thread, if Fujin doesn't get DLC in this game- then the chances of us ever seeing Fujin again will drop to zero. NRS have heard all the Fujin pleas and if they decide not to act on it- then I think the writing is on the wall. It's literally do or die for Fujin as a character.

6) Sindel- Sindel is probably the next highly requested female character after Mileena- Sindel would be a solid DLC choice.

Honorable mentions- Smoke, Cyrax, Sektor, Nightwolf, Stryker, Havik(I hope), Li Mei(I hope).

Tanya and Bo Rai'Cho's chances are probably below zero considering they were already DLC last game- NRS may still be holding true to their "no repeating DLC two games in a row" rule. Though that can easily be amended.

Reptile- Personal bias is obvious

Fujin- his return is long over due, it's seriously time to strike while the iron is hot

Rain- The more more male ninja's included the better in my opinion

Kai- Such a good character with lots of potential if properly explored and expanded upon

Mavado- I would love to see his moveset modernized into a 2019 style Omega Red

Nitara- would make the perfect foil to Skarlet we need this bloody duo!

Li Mei- It seems all the MK ladies are getting love this time around so the more the merrier!

No idea, could be anyone. But if Mileena is DLC, it's nothing but a money grab. Fan favorite since MK2 and is not on a main roster but DLC instead? Cmon..

Hm... I could imagine Fujin, Havik, Reptile and two guests... Shang is already confirmed... To be honest I would love to see Havik in MK11. Just to see how he avoid every projectile or hit with breaking his own limbs would be awesome. That would be my wish for MK11

As far as MK fighters go: Shang Tsung, Smoke, Fujin, Mileena.

If I have to throw another four for a second Kombat Pack I'd say Takeda, Reptile, Nightwolf and Sindel.

A bunch of unrelated movie and pop culture characters, and one or two Mortal Kombat characters.

PS. I really hope you're wrong- but I fear you're right.

I don't want more guest characters than MK characters either. It will be so sad if that happens. However, we all know what'll be said if it's complained about: "Well, the guest characters tend to sell more than actual MK characters...sooo..." Ugn.. like that's an excuse. You'll have plenty of other ways to get money from this game with DLC skins and gear items and such. One or two guests? Fine. Whatever. MOSTLY guests? Hell no. Not cool.

Eventually that excuse will run out. There's nothing wrong with having ONE good guest character- 2 may be fine if we do indeed get 12 DLC total. But 4? Rest assured, the well will eventually run dry and the pool of big A-List guest characters will dwindle because you sure as hell won't see Scorpion slaughtering Batman or Liu Kang skewering Harry Potter any time in this dimension.

I'm a HUGE slasher/horror fanatic- horror is my passion- but even I felt they were scaping the bottom of the barrel when it came to "Leatherface" and "Alien".

But why, Ahnka? WB still has to force NRS to use Michael Myers, Ash WIlliams, Pinhead, Leprechaun, Chucky, Ghostface, Norman Bates in Mother's Outfit, Candyman, Jigsaw, Pennywise, Regan MacNeil, Hannibal Lecter, The Creeper, Frankenstein's Monster, The Monster's Bride, Dracula, The Mummy, The Wolfman, The Stay Puft Marshmallow Man, lmao.

Seriously though, I agree. Enough with so many guests. Just 1 or 2 is enough for me.

Ok, IT is one of my favorite Stephen King novels and I adored the 2017 movie- so seeing Pennywise in Mortal Kombat will be the ONE ridiculous desperate move I may allow. ;p

Many predictions including mine already kinda fail as Kitana is now "mournful" for Mileena, lol.

Personally, I'm the opposite. I'd rather all the DLCs were guests - that way I can completely ignore them without feeling like I'm missing out on Mortal Kombat content.

Having MK characters as DLC means they're likely to hold back the popular ones from the main game to sell them seperately. This is probably the reason why Fujin got shafted so hard. But that's to be expected when DLC is planned and even created alongside the development of the base game, rather than being an afterthought or non-essentials they didn't have time to fit in.

I do not care as long as we do not get any characters from MKX and characters that have not been been playable for a long time get a shot. Characters like Sareena, Fujn, Li Mei etc etc. I really do not want to see characters from MKX return as DLC for MK11.
