You know, the type of stuff they do on the Kombat Kast. Except this video has already been recorded. So I guess Cetrion won't be featured in the Kombat Kast?!

"Later in the month" they'll also be doing "breakdowns of Erron Black and D'Vorah... characters that people haven't seen yet". They didn't specify whether it was before or after the game releases, but this points to something I mentioned in another topic where NRS don't plan on showing/revealing every character.

The guy in the middle barely talks, has barely played the series and doesn't seem to care for it. He just wants a remake of the "cheesy 90's movies", or a "rogue-like, turn-based, Mortal Kombat tower-climber, dungeon-crawler."

I wonder if with Friday, they mean today. So then yes, hopefully if they are covering Cetrion, Kombat Kast won't and we could see someone else that is not on Game Informers list.

Also, I think these 2 weeks are a holiday period almost everywhere? The bummer is that MK11 releases just when the holiday period is over, so I'm hoping for enough coverage these 2 weeks so it won't be too quiet.

That video was apparently only a part of a larger podcast, which seems to be released Thursdays according to their website. So yeah, I'd assume they meant today (5th April).

Two weeks of holidays? Easter is a 4-day weekend from the 19th - 22nd. Or if you don't do Easter then that same Friday and Monday is considered a "Bank Holiday" here in the UK. No other public holidays in April as far as I'm aware.

But yeah, the game is out on the 23rd - which is an odd date considering the above. It releases literally the day after a public holiday.

on top of that, on Netherrealm's Twitch page today's video is labeled "Noob Saibot, Erron Black and ???", so we already know Erron's in. Now there's Kollector, Kitana and Frost to choose from. My bet is Kitana/Kollector.

There was an ad for the mobile game teasing Frost earlier this week (It was like a blue graphic that said "prepare to be Frostbitten" or something to that effect). If they're indeed going to unveil Frost for the mobile game soon, it would stand to reason they might want to unveil her for the real game as well. That said... this is all just guesswork, so who knows?

As for Kitana or Kollector... I almost lean toward Kollector. Feel like it would be nice to add a splash alongside the two old characters (Erron & Noob)

But who knows. We'll know in a couple hours I guess.

Honestly the thing I dislike most about the 3 character Kasts is they only show off two builds, so we only get to see 2 costumes for each character. Considering we already know the whole roster (more or less), the costume reveals are my favorite part.

I'm not seeing any tweet on NRS or the MK11 page saying Erron Black. Tyler did say one of the three mentioned would be shown, in a reply to someone speculating D'Vorah, Cetrion, and Erron.

I'm counting the Easter school holidays, since I work 1 day a week as a teacher and since I started self-employment not so long ago, I don't have any projects lined up yet. Easter Holiday started today over here, 'till the 22nd.
So hopefully I do land some projects in the meantime, so it won't be such a grind to wait for MK11 to release.
