i get maskless Skarlet from a single battle 12h Tower of Time about 1 month, maybe 2 months ago, dont thing that particular tower was there before. and i think that tower was repeated once yet. then it was in the player appretiation week, 1st day, in Tower number 4, with Shao Kahn. dont thing all those maskless gear were offered in the shop, i look at it every day and doing screens.

i play on PC and Switch and on both i depleted Naknadan Shrine, geting only augments. also i rewinded Krypt bazilion times on PC and getting only consumables, nothing more. even from normal Kronika's Vaults i get only consumables, occasionaly some augment. when i look on some gear i miss, it says its in the Krypt or in Refilled Spirit Chests. bullshit, opened again bazilion of them and only getting useless consumables.

Ok I've been looking it up, it seems I must have got maskless Jade from her character tower. Sorry I couldn't remember if it was all thee or which two of the three I got from the store, however I'm playing on PS4 and can definitely confirm it was 2 months ago that unmasked Kabal and Kitana were in the store on the same day, snapped them both up.

I literally couldn't believe it since it's almost always rubbish like a Liu Kang revenant skin or a Cassie space suit, or useless junk like a Noob sickle, Jacqui wrist gauntlet or Sub Zero belt attachment.

Considering the idea of the store is surely for NRS to make real money from buying Time Krystals, I'm literally amazed at how much useless undesirable garbage turns up in the store. Seems to defeat the purpose of having a game with microtransactions if you ask me (not that I support them, but if you're going to include them you'd make them for things people want right?).

interesting, will have to check the screens on another computer, where i have them from 31/7, from both PC and Switch. maybe i already had these gear in that time, so i didnt take too much interest and notice and just waved my hand before it. to this day, i have 10,000+ Time Krystals, all by playing, and didnt spend any of them on anything. want to actually play character towers to get all the stuff, even it takes too much time...

anyway agreed on the useless gear/ugly skins from store and nothing really interesting and hard(er) to get there.

The gear still eluding me are mostly all the hidden locked gear in the Krypt. I never received the 3rd golden Kronika vault and the Young Justice skin is a skin I am desperately looking for to create my MKII / MK3 Liu Kang. Also looking for the Mythologies Raiden skin to make an MKII Raiden.

It is sad they have all these locked items and not enough chests within the Krypt to contain them all and the shrine rarely gives you decent gear as well. Microtransactions are what makes good games like these and others boring. You play them to your heart's desire to try to accomplish something and you seem to not get anywhere. The more and more you play the more and more you finally don't want to play anymore.

Games like this should have a simply purchasable pass similar to how WWE's games like WWE 2K19 and before it had. You could purchase the Accelerator and with one click of a button unlock EVERYTHING. I also need skeleton keys badly. There are 4 locked doors I cannot open and 1/2 of them have sould vaults behind them and I have no keys! Resetting chests over and over isn't helping either.

just looked on my screens and you are right, Kitana's and Kabal's maskless gear were offered on the same day and as i said, i had them both in that time, so didnt take too much notice. those are the items which would anyone consider buying if they miss them.
