UPDATE: It's been a few months since I posted my KP3 character hopes and who I think we will get. There's also been some new information so here's who I'd selfishly like to see, who I think would be a good fit for the lore/fan service and who I actually think we will get. Ed Boon konfirmed there would be no more guest characters after Rambo, so I won't comment on any of them. I will list 6 characters for each category since that's what's rumored, but the first 5 will be essential since there's 5 slots left to make the selection screen symmetrical.

Listed in order from who I want most/who I think is most likely to least:

WHO I'D PERSONALLY LIKE TO SEE:

1. Nitara - So much potential

2. Kira - Female Kano, why not??

3. Sareena - A fire based female demon character potential

4. Li Mei - a lot of potential

5. Tanya - Apparently Mileena's girlfriend, and the only 'female ninja' left out

6. Ashrah - a lot of potential

WHO I THINK WOULD FIT WELL INTO MK11 LORE/FAN SERVICE:

1. Quan Chi - Along with Shinnok, all the main bosses in one game. Potential for Aftermath 2

2. Shinnok - See Quan Chi

3. Tanya - Mileena relationship and issues with Rain could make for good story telling

4. Sektor/Cyrax - Were missing the robots in this game, this would round out especially with the Lin Kuei issues

5. Havik - He's heavily requested and would be a nice 3d era inclusion, especially if we got Hotaru to balance Havik

6. Sareena - Her relationship with Sub Zero is untapped potential

WHO I THINK WE WILL ACTUALLY GET:

1. Reptile - Seems to be the most requested male ninja left

2. Ermac - A lot of call for Ermac as well

3. Smoke - Least likely of the 3, but let's face it they are a package deal

4. Sektor/Cyrax(in 1 slot) - The cyber robot fans don't have anyone to use, they're already in the game

5. Tanya - While I do think Sareena is possible as well, Tanya is connected to Mileena and the only female ninja missing from the game

6. Quan Chi - back to avenge Shinnok, himself and scheme everyone

I could also see:

Shinnok (Bringing all main bosses into the lore)

Havik (enough fan requests for him)

Nitara(most requested female character after Mileena)

Unpopular opinion, but I'd like them to bring a character from the next timeline they will create with MK12 to sorta give us a taste.

I think Sareena's definitely needs to be in to give a bit of more spice with Noob and Sub. She was never unique enough so that can be free with how they handle her.

Kenshi/Ermac would be welcome as we need telekinesis in this game. Both are good.

Reptile: I am sorry but Reptile is a very unique.and iconic Ninja to miss a game where Rain has had a spot in. I loved Reptile in 9 and X and I think he can definitely be here.

Smoke: if he is back, I hope he gets a very exotic design and they don't follow MK9's pretty boy design for me. Smoke is a very rare addition to the game and I think he needs to look tons more iconic.

Let's just hope they stay away from MK Deadly Alliance Reptile and MK Armageddon Smoke designs lol

Quan Chi has a been my #1 go to after that Mind Control Special was added whoever thought of that was one Smart Handsome SOB His Friendship can be called "QuanCheezIt It's The Cops" It will have Stryker Chase him down Quan Chi Pulls out a big Triangler yellow brick of cheese and Gifts it to Stryker he accepts and they smile Friendship!

Ravanant Stryker He Has to be here hes Kabal's old Partner....Kabal's Story Line is Falty Without The Stryk Man plus we need to know what happens to his revanant.

So they have no free will under Grand Master SubZero's and EarthRealms Rule they ebolish the Cyber Lin Kuei Innitative Program and go to the next Full Stage and only use The Cyber Program to turn Dangerious People who want to destroy existance as we know it into Cyborgs and be under Kontroll of Earth Realm and the Lin Kuei. So They Will Obey and be perfect Cyber Warrior's to help and aid in the Fight and war. Raiden SubZero and Scorpion Find Shinnok after Kronika and Frost have him fixed into a cyborg with free will... Raiden scorp and sub win the fight against Freewill cyber Shinnok Frost and Kronika and they have them All turned turned into full Cyborg's under their Kontrol. But only after Shinnok has Shang Tsung Use the Well of Souls to Revitalize Quan Chi's Decapitated head of a Corpse and then he has Stryker and Smoke as his Revanant Servents with Davorah as a secret agent on when to "Stryk" Dunt Dunt Duuuunnn!!! Lol. But it will be Another Deadly Alliance to try and Take out Onaga The One True Ruler of out World (Spoiler Alert!!! Partial Aftermath Story Details) back in the great kung Laos time...Subs Deal With Cyrax Carries on with Raiden..after Quan Kills Shang Trying to Revitalize Cyborg Cyrax's Body Trying to make him back to a Human in a Soul Well...Quan turns Cyrax's Mangled unconciouse body into a Revanant along with Shang Tsungs Corpse Raiden beats quan knocks him out. Beats revanant Cyrax and then Revanant Shang.... Then Raiden Being the last one standing turns Revanant Cyrax back to a Human. Then Onaga Appears from a Time Portal and Shang and Quan both awake a Deadly Alliance Forms Between Cyrax Raiden Quan Chi and Revanant Shang to defeat him.
