Is there a counter for low punching Kung Laos teleport?

When I play as Kung Lao and people low punch spam how can I counter it. When I delay it it still hits me and it’s impossible for me to counter or time through as low punch is too quick. Any suggestions

Block once and then he has disadvantage and u spam low punches back. Or jump out, eventually do dive kick straight after

How is that spam? You're performing a quick move with an animation similar to the hat throw. You have to be fast to realize the teleport is coming and prepare for it . If you are, you deserve to be able to counter it.

Edit: misunderstood. Thought you were talking about the low punch used to break the teleport. That down 1 attack is a problem for everyone. It needs push back so it can't be abused.
