I tried to find out his name but I had no luck.
So what do you think about it? I really liked him as a kid and still do now.

I think it would be freaking kool if he make it cuz he is one of the old school fighters. Also it would make sense for him to appear with this time travelling and going back to the first tournament as the trailer suggests.

He will be 10 times more original than anything NS can come up with plus he will gain somewhat of Error Macro status instantly and become fan favourite. Plus he freaking rocks and he is scary af.

At the very least, how sick would it be, if Shang Tsung returned, to just have one of the people he morphs into during a fight randomly be Art Lean? I’d lose the damn match because I’d be too busy geeking out.

His title in the movie was just “fighting monk” but he’s played by a kickboxer named Hakim Alston and yeah, it’d be awesome to have him in an MK game! I also really dug that guy in the movie and his matchup with Liu Kang.

That guy is the capoeira king. He played Baraka in that short legacy commercial (mortal kombat rebirth) and Eddie from Tekken. He looks so young there nice catch lol. If he is who i think he is, hes in every single damn martial arts almost including all of michael jae white movies (who played jax in the same short film) and hes in the protector with Tony Ja. His name is Lateef Crowder but he doesnt show up in the wiki for this movie so Im not sure if thats even him lol.

1) Art Lean - Johnny Cage skin

2) Chan - Liu Kang skin

3) dude with staff - could be a skin for anyone really since he had no character development or abilities shown

4) Master Boyd - Bo' Rai Cho skin

I'd much rather they steer clear of introducing any movie-exclusive characters than introduce any of the bland-looking, generic competitors from the movies. The movies are not tied into the games, hence none of the boring one-offs from the movies being included in any of the games. My reasoning behind this stance is that the laughably bad "Resident Evil" movies (coupled with the spike in popularity of "Call of Duty") did enough to ruin the atmosphere and overall gameplay of the "Resident Evil" game series. I don't want the same thing happening to my all-time favorite fighting game franchise. I'd be content if they served as background props or as victims of someone in story mode, though.

or just give kang cage sonya kano shang ther emovie skins along with goro . like i said in another thread also introduce 16 bit skins for klassik charachters
