Found something cool from the MK reddit: looks like on the German MK11 site they accidentally posted Jax's character bio instead of Jacqui's

According to the reddit comments, the bio translates as follows:

Duty

Cyber-officer Jax Briggs lost both of his Arms in Action, but returned to the battlefield twice, thanks to kybernetic Augmentations. His Power is also his Burden, he continues the honorable fight for Earthrealms security.

I guess this pretty much solidifies Jax's inclusion in the game
